Job Description
Mall IQ, Inc. is a San Francisco based start-up focused on the development of scalable location based analytics and engagement platforms. Currently, we are looking for a project manager to join our growing team in Turkey to serve customers in the US, Turkey, Middle East and Asia.
  • Working with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management and Marketing team members in order to ensure that Mall IQ projects are delivered to customers in a timely manner. 
  • Own overall relationship with assigned projects which includes; delivering data analytic reports, campaign creation & reporting, developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track the progress of the projects conveyed by sales & customer support teams.
  • Work independently, preparing project status reports & formal presentations as required.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and/or clients regarding the project progress through interim reports.
  • Investigate ways to improve existing processes and fix pain points.
  • Manage periodic updates to process documentation.
  • BS Degree in Business, Engineering or a relevant technical field.
  • 5-8 years of previous work experience in Software Development Management, Management Consulting, Customer Success, Data Analytics, Big Data, or Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Product Management.
  • 3+ years experience in fast-paced environments such as Startups or growing multinational companies.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Results-driven mentality, with bias for speed and action.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights. 
  • Experience with macro-level Excel and advanced PowerPoint/Keynote skills.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment where we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
Nice to Have 
  • Experience in using tools to extract data such as SQL, Tableau, etc.
  • Experience in confidently discussing customer requirements with technical teams.
  • Experience in cloud-based CRM, Marketing, Sales tools.
  • Experience in customer journey analysis, customer segmentation, campaign management.
